Data Access Agreement

Direct access to CADD data files is limited to CADD Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, and Post-doctoral fellows. Limited access by designated graduate students may be extended by a Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator serving directly as a research supervisor. All access is governed by the CADD
=s center-wide Data Sharing Agreement, and by the restrictions on use listed below.

Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, and Post-doctoral fellows: By downloading a copy of one of the files listed below, you are agreeing to the following restrictions on use:

1. The data will not be downloaded or transferred to a common-use computer, that is, one that is routinely used by multiple users without password protection. If the data is stored using a shared file system, read protections must be set to user read only.

2. The file will not be combined with any other file that contains identifying information on subjects whose data is present in the file.

3. If access to the file is granted to a graduate student completing a degree under your direct supervision, YOU are responsible for insuring compliance of the student to restrictions 1 & 2 above. In addition, as the student =s supervisor, YOU are responsible for the student removing the data from his/her computer upon completion of the degree for which you are serving as supervisor, or for granting limited permission for future use for the purpose of completing manuscripts begun as a student. Continued access to the data files for additional analyses requires an application to the Principal Investigators for direct access as a qualified Post-doctoral fellow or Co-Investigator.
