This directory contains Mx scripts (shamp1156*.mx) to estimate haplotype
frequencies per page 156 of Pak Sham's book "Statistics in Human
Genetics".  Output files are *.mxo

The three models used are to fit H0, H1 and H2 and are labelled L0 L1 and 
L2 accordingly.

A script for a 4 SNP (or biallelic marker) case is given in nic4 which 
also permits comparison between 3 groups.
