The Multi-Site Program on Genetics of Adolescent Antisocial Drug Dependence

This NIDA-funded effort is a multi-site collaboration between researchers at three research/treatment facilities to recruit, test, and obtain blood samples from adolescent probands with symptoms of both drug dependence and antisocial personality. Comparable data from siblings is also being collected.

The goal of this effort is to conduct a whole-genome search for chromosomal loci that influence early-onset antisocial substance dependence.
