With fg

This is the most efficient way to bring a job up to the foreground. The jobs command will print a list of all current jobs, including job numbers. Once the job number is known that number can be given as an option to the fg command to bring the job the foreground. The job number must be proceeded by a percent sign.

To bring job number 10 to the foreground:

fg %10
