The text book is contained on this CD in several different versions. As this is only a draft copy of the new edition, many references and citations are listed as ??. This means that reference or citation has not yet been updated from the old edition of the book.
A PDF format version of the book is contained in the file HTML/BOOK/book2002c.pdf. This is the preferred version of the book, because it most closely resembles the printed version which was used at the Workshop, and is easily readable. A PDF reader can be found in the utilities\Acrobat\ directory, or from http://www.adobe.com/
The PostScript version of the book is contained in the file HTML/BOOK/book2002c.ps. This is the exact file that was printed to create the books used at the Workshop. The PostScript file can be sent directly to a PostScript capable printer, or viewed with a program such as GhostScript.
An HTML version of the book is available on this CD. It might be useful for quick reference, but not all of the figures, equations, and tables have been reproduced accurately.
