Denver From US 36, Heading Northwest: Take the Table Mesa/Foothills Parkway exit, stay in the left of the two exit lanes to reach the Foothills Parkway (CO Hwy 157). Proceed though the stoplights at Baseline and Colorado Avenues, and turn left at Arapahoe. Take another left at the next light onto Marine Street (the street sign on the right will indicate 38th Street). Follow Marine until just before the stop sign where it dead-ends at 30th Street. Make a U-turn and park by the meters in front of 3100 Marine Street. You do not need to put money in the meters: your tester will give you a parking permit or pay your meter when you arrive.
