CORES:

Assessment Core B

The goal of this assessment core is to ensure that the phenotypic information from each of the components is collected, organized and stored in a way that facilitates direct comparisons across components and combined analyses among components.

Principal Investigator: Robin Corley
Co-Principal Investigator: Susan Mikulich
Co-Investigators: Marissa Ehringer, Michael C. Stallings

During the first five years of the center, beginning in 1997, we accomplished the following highlights for Core B:

  • Developed a cross-component database of raw and summary scores that facilitates comparison of different samples of subjects.
  • Developed a web site with educational outreach, scientific communication, and cross-site data exchange.
  • Developed methods for insuring both data security and data identification across sites and components.
